What We Do: 

Troop VA2215 offers all levels of the AHG programming. 

Pathfinder – 5 years old and in kindergarten
Tenderheart – 6 years old and in 1st through 3rd grade
Explorer – 9 years old and in 4th through 6th grade
Pioneer – 12 years old and in 7th through 8th grade
Patriot – 14 years old and in 9th through 12th grade

We believe in the mission of AHG which is to build women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country.  We live this out by offering enriching Bible devotions, participating in Operation Christmas Child, Wreaths Across America, and various collections and projects to support our local community, as well as hosting a summer camp and fun activities!

The AHG program is progressive programming.  Everything that we do is age appropriate.  We also strongly believe in the mentoring relationship between all ages of our girls.  As an AHG girl progresses through the program, she will be teaching and leading the younger AHG girls. 

There are 6 program emphases: Faith, Leadership, Citizenship, Social, Emotional, and Life Skills.  What you will find in the center of all 6 is Christ.  The goal of our AHG ministry is to develop Christ-following servant leaders who are honoring, relational, anchored, and competent women of integrity.
